Eight Days a Week

Title: Eight Days a Week
Author: [livejournal.com profile] bluebrocade
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: F/K
Length: 4000 words

Why I'm reccing this fic: Because when I read this at DS Seekrit Santa time I went from "Not my thing" to "One of the best stories" over the course of the first section. Because I love the section headings: Unrequited, Unglued, Understood. Because it's full of funny, moving lines and it's great to watch Fraser come unglued.

Mangy Dog, Prepositional Frase, O My America

Title: Mangy Dog
Author: [livejournal.com profile] cesperanza
Pairing: Fraser/RayK, Fraser and Dief.
Rating: Um, PG? PG-13-ish. No sex, leastaways.
Length: 65k
Why I'm reccing this fic: I adore, adore, adore fics that compare Fraser's relationship with Ray to relationships Fraser's had with others in the past. Here, Ray is paralleled to Dief, and oh. Oh, it's brilliant.

Title: Prepositional Frase (or, Object of the Proposition)
Author: [livejournal.com profile] j_s_cavalcante
Pairing: Dief/cheese, Fraser/RayK
Rating: NC-17
Length: 6.590 words
Why I'm reccing this fic: AHAHAHAHA. In short: Fraser thinks Ray's cheating him with Dief. Dief thinks Ray promised him cheese. Ray just wants in Frase's pants.

Title: O My America (The Scientific Method Remix)
Author: [livejournal.com profile] etben
Pairing: Fraser/RayK
Rating: PG-13
Length: 2,303 words
Why I'm reccing this fic: A collection of outside POV, watching Ray and Fraser as they begin to buy a clue. Dief's voice is perfect, and his name for Ray makes me smile-smile-smile. ;)

Second

Title: Second
Author: [livejournal.com profile] shayheyred
Pairing: BF/RK
Rating: PG -ish
Length: 16,000 words
Why I'm reccing this fic: Because it's Dief's narration of the whole of season 4, and the pov is wonderful: long-suffering, affectionate, a little obnoxious, a little bemused. And there's guest pov that will make you grin like a maniac.
