Why I'm reccing this fic:

I love outsider!pov, I love Welsh and I love slice-of-life stories. This has it all. Great character voices, for all of them, but especially for Welsh, and wonderful character moments. There's humor, and warmth and Frannie, a grown-up Frannie.
