TOUCH

Title:Necessity
Author:[livejournal.com profile] brooklinegirl
Pairing:Fraser/Kowalski
Rating:Nc-17
Length:9k
Why I'm reccing this fic:This is Fraser, taking care of business with a minimum of fuss and muss, unless you count the, well, you'll see what I mean. The great twist in this is that he doesn't even think consciously about Ray but we all know that he is.

Admin Post: New Challenge!

You know what's awesome?

Jerking off.

It's a suggestion from [livejournal.com profile] pearl_o (you're shocked, I know!) and I think it's a SPLENDID one, so what we have for you this week is the Masturbation Challenge! What's your favorite jerk-off scene? Best orgasm Ray Kowalski ever had by himself? Fraser and Ray surreptitiously masturbating while stuck in a tent together on the adventure! Even Fraser has to get off by himself sometimes!

I want you to sit down and ponder this, darlings, and then come back here and share with us! It's a whole week of masturbation! Nothing's better than that!

Title: Chicago, 1968
Author: Melanie Mitchell
Pairing: none
Rating: maybe PG
Length: 100K
Why I'm reccing this fic: This is one of those stories that I had put aside to read 'someday' and then when I finally got around to reading it wondered why I had waited so long! It is a wonderful, emotional look at a possible backstory for Harding Welsh and takes place during the time of the Chicago riots of 1968 when he would have been a 22 year old patrolman and is torn between his family and his beliefs. One of those stories that you adopt into your own 'canon' after reading.
