So. We noticed that the first few days of the rimming challenge were RATHER QUIET, recs-wise. We were having a completely sweet and innocent conversation about how best to inspire everyone, and the brain-storming resulted in, well. This:

Maybe rimming isn't a popular practice, either in which to engage or about which to write. I had a beta once, a writer who had my utmost admiration and respect, who went without fear of any style, depth or content, who covered my work in "EWWWW!"s when I sent her a piece with rimming in it. Go figure.

Seriously, rimming is the hottest thing ever, and this is the bestest challenge (I certainly reread every fic recced so far and enjoyed it immensely). It's just that I, for example, unfortunately, tend to forget particular details of the porny scene after some time passes after reading the fic. I remember plot (mostly), my feelings while (and after) reading the story and some such nonsense. If there was porn, all that is left in my mind after several days: "oh, yeah, that fic was HOT!" (or not so hot). So I've been screwing my mind, trying to remember anything useful, but no luck so far. Sigh... Stupid brain. I just hope that not everybody has this problem and there will be more of the reccing!
