Okay, darlings, brace yourselves! What we have for you today is what we are lovingly calling

Stop Drop Rec!

This is a special rec deal - next week, we're going back to our usual format, but we wanted to get your engines revved this week!

Here's what's happening: we're going to give you a really very inspiring type of fic to rec. Something we all have a dozen favorites of, that I am certain we are anxious to share, to talk about, to take fifteen minutes on this ONE DAY and write a little love note about.

You have 24 hours from RIGHT NOW to post your rec. One day, one rec, one inspiring topic!

At 10AM EST time tomorrow, this challenge will be CLOSED. Wednesday morning, we're going to give you another Stop Drop Rec! topic, and on Friday morning as well!

La! Newbie lurker, here. I just watched the Nova special on the Franklin Expedition (sooo sad!) and was thinking, 'I hope they do recs for tent fics soon, I'm in the mood.'

Is it wrong that when I read "TENT FIC!", I immediately thought of tented pants, and the camping variety didn't even occur to me until I got to the word "snow" and realized, "oh!...they're outside...in a...I get it now."
