Finish up those brussel sprouts and tidy your room: the Parental Challenge is over! Many thanks to bluebrocade, akamine_chan, luzula and green_grrl for contributing recs for this week. Remember, if you didn't get a chance to post about your favourite paternal story, you can always save it for our monthly Amnesty challenge next week.

This week we'd like to focus on what happens when good men go bad. Bouts of amnesia, blackmail and black magic might explain why Benton Fraser becomes a bank robber, or why Ray Kowalski suddenly starts hanging around with skinheads. Undercover work could be the mysterious reason why Ray Vecchio suddenly starts drinking buttermilk (ugh) and acts like a mobster. One thing is clear: dS authors are endlessly inventive when it comes to generating reasons why our dear, sweet boys do bad, bad things.
