I've tried to pick some fics that perhaps aren't that well known...
Title: Three Months
Author: Laura Mason,
lorie945
Pairing: Fraser/Vecchio
Rating: NC-17
Length: Long
Why I'm reccing this fic: This was one of the first Fraser/Vecchio fics I fell in love with. It's got a little bit of angst, a first time and tackles coming out to the family. And it has some sap which I admit I have a fondness for. It remains a fic that I enjoy re-reading as it’s very well rounded, a bit of everything and all of it well written.

Three Months
Title: Lullaby
Author: Katrina Bowen
Pairing: Fraser/Vecchio
Rating: PG
Length: short
Why I'm reccing this fic: I love the fact this is one of those could have happened in the show scenarios. Fraser and Ray stop off outside of Chicago on the trail of a criminal, there's some wonderful dialogue before Fraser takes Ray up on his suggestion of ‘doing something’. A first time that doesn't go all that smoothly but works out all the same. I'm a sucker for the dialogue in this one I really am. Very true to the show.

Lullaby
Title: Aftermath
Author: Elaine Walker
Pairing: Fraser/Vecchio
Rating: PG-13
Length: Short
Why I'm reccing this fic: Elaine Walker writes some good Fraser/Vecchio first times and this is just an example. This one also tackles the very important point of the fact Fraser constantly seems to put his life in danger seemingly without thinking of the impact on the people who love him, such as Ray. It's nice and gentle and the emotion and reactions are very believable.
