Why I'm reccing this fic:

This wonderfully funny and snarky kidfic story is listed as F/K, but it's really more of an ensemble piece that involves pretty much everyone at the 2-7. Ray is called back from his maternity leave to help out with a case, and everyone learns an important lesson in why you should let sleeping babies lie. My love for kidfic is well-established, but this fic is a very funny and slightly snarky look at the early days of parenthood, complete with heroic!Fraser, Beatles references (pun! Pun in the title!) and angry!Welsh. The writing is sharp and well-observed, and prudence_dearly proves herself to be a deft hand at blending humour, romance and fast-paced dialogue. The story isn't sappy in the slightest, and I really loved the way the 2-7 reacts to Ray's screeching little bundle of joy. A terrific fic all around, and I hope y'all will check it out!
